Michele Costato award UPoN-4 for the most intriguing unsolved problem
To honor and remember the memory of Prof. Michele Costato, who addressed the
Chairman of this Conference to the study of electrical noise in solids,
an award in the amount of 2000 euros has assigned by the Scientific Committee
to Dr. PhD Maria KING from Texas A&M University (USA) who was selected
as the Author of the contribution presenting the most intriguing unsolved
problem at the UPoN-4 2005 Conference. The motivation of the award addresses
the issue:

Can noise signify the health of a living organism?
