Paper preparation
The proceedings of the conference will be published by the
American Institute of Physics (AIP) as a 6x9 inch format volume in the
AIP Series of Conference Proceedings.
The correct instruction booklets as well as Microsoft Word templates and LaTeX
classes for the 6 x 9 inch format are available here.
Deadline
Monday June 6th 2005 (first day of the conference):
Submission of original manuscripts,
2 printed copy, assignment of copyright and the original files of text and figures
on a diskette, CD, etc at the registration desk.
Manuscript Preparation
Guidelines for authors can be downloaded from the links below, together
with the Submission form, the Assignment of copyright.
Authors of keynote papers are allowed a maximum of 8 printed pages in the
proceedings, while all other presentations are allowed a maximum of 6 printed pages
(figures included).
